This reading, like many of the others, was created when friends would ask for a quick "check in" into the Self to see what is going on. Almost like a "report card" but without the judgment needed to give You a "score".

Most often this Check In Soul Reading is about 15 minutes in length.

We connect to the Soul Essence (Soul Self) in the same manner that we do for a Soul Reading.  From that connected space we explore the energies around You and speak about them. Then we scan all of Your bodies (mental, emotional and physical) to see how the bodies are responding to the energies now present. Basically, a surface scan which provides insight and information about Your state of being in the now moment, without the deep understandings of why.

This reading differs from the Soul Reading in that it is not as detailed or as in depth. It may, in fact, lead to a need for a full Soul Reading because the details may not be enough. You may find Your Self then asking for deeper understandings of the why and how this was created and what to do about it. That would require a Full Soul Reading, and the additional cost of it. So, take some time and be aware of what You need. Is the Check In Soul Reading enough? It is up to You.

This "Check in" Soul Reading can provide understanding of what is going on with You right now and so nurture acceptance of where You are. When You can accept and settle in with what is happening, things can move, release and shift much more easily. It can help You to "go with the flow" and so get through this time of Your journey more easily.

With this reading, it is usually a question that actually starts the reading, as it is a question that has caused You to ask for the "check in". Because this is a brief reading, we limit the questions to those covering only one subject matter. For more than that, we would go to a full Soul Reading.
